I was very happy with this order. Having had an issue before with the packaging, I was happy that this had been improved and the boxes were stronger and there was no damage. I would however have ordered 6 bags but only 4 were in stock. I order roughly once a month so I hope there is more stock next time. This litter is the best for our cats.

Pet connection's are a great place to shop for all your pets needs, their click and collect service is first rate.

Unfortunately I have not received my order yet and would like to know where it is.

I have used pet connection for many years. I find the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. My dogs thrive on pet connection own brand food, full of energy, shiny coats and clear eyes. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Have changed their shipping and delivery so it is perfect now. DPD always tell you when your package is due for delivery.

Excellent customer service and at last my dog is no longer pulling on her lead. Have tried several products with no success so was not getting my hopes up with the Gencon. However my dog is happy to wear it and it is now a pleasure to go for a walk and not come back with aching shoulders.
